The girl, known only as Felicia on her blog, started her sxxual fetish business last month.
She said she ventured into the business to earn some pocket money and to pay for her tuition fees.

She first sold the lingerie for $30 each but increased the price this month to $45 and stopped giving out the free video clips.
According to her, 16 panties have been sold so far.
She declined to be interviewed further when our editors contacted her.
