
Train aficionados bidding 'sayonara' to one of Japan's first bullet trains at its final stop at Hakata station in Fukuoka on Sunday, 44 years after its debut.
The round-nose Zero series - once the world's fastest train at a maximum speed of 210kmh - has been overtaken by newer, faster bullet trains, such as the N700 series, which can travel at a top speed of 300kmh.
